Washington DC:Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson is hoping to kickstart his career and pay off some of his $350 million debt when he takes on Kevin McBride in June. Tyson suffered a devastating knockout loss in July last year to Danny Williams. He tore the cartilage in his left knee during the fight and needed surgery to repair the damage. Tyson, a loser in two of his last three fights, said the knee is now "fine", but conceded the post-operation recovery was difficult. Tyson, at 5-foot-11 and weighing around 230 pounds, will be at a size disadvantage against McBride. Promoters labelled the fight 'Redemption', which took Tyson by surprise.
