Colombo: Senior batsman Kumar Sangakkara and officials of Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) met on Monday to sort out their differences arousing after the board questioned his loyalty towards the country while playing in the upcoming Champions League Twenty20. "We had a very fruitful meeting and decided to move ahead having sort out the problems of last week," Sangakkara said. (Sangakkara hits out at SLC for questioning his loyalty)
Sangakkara, under directions from SLC, opted to leave the Indian Premier League franchise Hyderabad Sunrisers, preferring to play for his local club Kandurata.
