Vijay Mallya slams BCCI over IPL rules
Bangalore owner Vijay Mallya slammed the BCCI, saying that the rules for the IPL were made without the consultation of the franchisees.

Mallya wrote on his twitter page the players and the teams are silent sufferers and arguing with the BCCI was "capital punishment".
"I feel sad IPL rules are made without a consultative process. Players and Franchisees are silent sufferers - Arguing with BCCI is Capital punishment," he wrote.
Mallya has not been on the same page with the BCCI over certain rules of the IPL, including retention of players.
