New Delhi: Sahara has moved Bombay High Court against Maharashtra Cricket Association for "wrongful termination of agreements" regarding various rights in respect of Subrata Roy Sahara Stadium in Pune and it had got an interim relief against MCA's move to cover the name of the stadium.

Sahara claimed it had fulfilled its part of obligations on the agreements signed with MCA regarding the construction, naming and building of a club adjacent to the stadium.

MCA terminated the agreement on the ground of default in payments and covered the name of the stadium with black cloth on Tuesday, which led to the company filing a petition at the High Court, according to a source familiar with the development.
