Sreesanth is optimistic of playing the series against South Africa. Admits though that he was scared to even get out of his house.

New Delhi: S Sreesanth, bearded and with a teeka on the forehead, today said that his two-week incarceration at Delhi's Tihar Jail last month has left him "struggling to even speak."

"I was scared to even get out of my house after getting out of jail," the Kerala pacer said after meeting Ravi Sawani, the chief of the Indian cricket board's anti-corruption unit, in Delhi. (Also watch: Wedding bells for S Sreesanth)

Sreesanth described today's meeting as "much better than police interrogation" and Mr Sawani as having, "behaved like a father or elder brother with me."
