Can BCCI help Sachin Tendulkar play 200th Test at home?

Kolkata: Sachin Tendulkar is all set to play his 200th Test match on home soil with the BCCI trying to squeeze in a series against the West Indies ahead of the year-end tour of South Africa.

The decision to invite West Indies for two Tests and five one-dayers was taken at the working committee meeting here on Sunday. Now it is being reported that India's tour to South Africa has been put on hold. India were slated to play 2 T20s, 7 ODIs and 3 Tests starting November 21.

'The Working Committee has approved a proposed home series against the West Indies in November 2013,' the BCCI tweeted.
