Hobart:
Australian fast bowler Glenn McGrath took four wickets and Stuart MacGill and Brett Lee added three each as the West Indies were bowled out for 149 after winning the toss and deciding to bat in the second cricket Test today. The visitors collapsed from 119-3 to lose their last seven wickets for 30 runs at Bellerive Oval. In reply, Australia was in control, scoring 60 for no loss at stumps, just 89 runs behind. Matthew Hayden was on 31 and Michael Hussey 26 no out. McGrath (4-31) enjoyed strong support from new-ball partner Lee (3-32) and recalled leg-spinner MacGill (3-18). Chris Gayle (56) and Shivnarine Chanderpaul (39) were the only batsman to show resistance on a pitch which looked good for batting. (AP)Topics mentioned in this article
