New Delhi:
"I have written a letter to Sharad Pawar as a lover of cricket, the attitude of BCCI is totally uncalled for," said Digvajay Singh.
"Why should they be so rigid and not let the players participate in the ICL. BCCI is there to promote cricket and not to put it under shackles. I think it should encouarge other leagues also to come up and if intenational cricketers are coming to participate, it's even better," he added.
Meanwhile, the ICC has said that they will not get involved in the fracas between the BCCI and the ICL, while a former Pakistani manager has dubbed it a Mickey Mouse effort.
