Dubai: Defending champions India and their traditional rivals Pakistan are heading for a rematch in the ICC Under-19 World Cup, provided both win their quarter-final matches on Saturday.
The Vijay Zol-led Indian side will square off against the 1998 winners England at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium while Sami Aslam's lads will take on Sri Lanka at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. If both the sides come out on top, they will lock horns in the first semi-final on Monday.
India, except for the match against Scotland where they slipped to 22/5 while chasing 89 for victory, have showed good touch while defeating Pakistan by 40 runs and then thumping Papua New Guinea (PNG) by 245 runs in pool matches. (Sri Lanka, South Africa go through to quarters)
