22:33 (IST): So, a great win by West Indies against Bangladesh, as the Caribbean side completely dominated proceedings during most of the match. They made a slow start after being put in to bat first but some explosive hitting from Dwayne Smith followed by a compensation for slow batting from Chris Gayle led them to 171/6 at the end of 20 overs. In reply, Bangladesh completely fell apart and they could not read Samuel Badree's (4/15) mystery spin at all. Dwayne Smith, who was deservedly the Man of the Match applauded Badree for his efforts and said he was a great find. West Indies captain Darren Sammy said that the good start from Gayle and Smith had set the foundation for a good bowling performance from the bowlers. Bangladesh captain Mushfiqur Rahim said that his team needed a good start chasing 172 after the bowlers had done a decent job for them. He hoped they would do better in their next match.
