Hyderabad: Having missed out on the recent World T20 and Asia Cup action, lanky pacer Ishant Sharma is fit and raring to go for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the seventh edition of Indian Premier League starting April 16 in Abu Dhabi. (Also read: Upbeat Sunrisers bank on Dhawan, Steyn & Co.)
"Obviously, you feel bad when you are not part of the T20 World Cup. It is a big tournament. But, it is not in my hand. If I am playing Test cricket or wherever I am playing, I have to do well in those conditions and that particular format," Ishant told PTI. (Also read: Sunrisers appoint Shikhar Dhawan as captain)
Ishant, who did a splendid job for Sunrisers in the last IPL edition, hopes to put up a good show in the new season as well.
