Mohammad Ashraful has sent an appeal to Bangladesh Cricket Board's disciplinary panel chief, retired justice Mohammad Abdur Rashid, requesting him to reduce the eight-year ban imposed on him by the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) anti-corruption tribunal over his match-fixing role in the 2013 edition of BPL.
