Mumbai: The victorious squad in the August 21-28 triangular series in Holland would receive $25,000. The player of the series, featuring India, Pakistan and Australia, would receive $3,000, while there would be prizes for the Man of the Match too. The announcement was made at a press conference today by the BCCI secretary S K Nair. Asked about the total prize fund for the tri-nation event, which would act as the tune-up for the ICC Champions Trophy in England in September, Nair said it was still being worked out along with the prize for the `Man of the Match'. All the three participating nations' cricket boards would share the profits from the tournament equally after expenses incurred by the Dutch cricket board, which is hosting the event, are deducted from the gross receipt.
