Kolkata:
Indian cricket skipper Sourav Ganguly said that it was a tough decision for the selectors to choose between paceman Ajit Agarkar and Asish Nehra for the coming Asia Cup. He also said that the scales tilted in favour of the latter due to his good performance in the nets. "Nehra's good performance at the nets won the day for him. But it was a tough decision and a close call," said Ganguly on his return from Chennai after attending the conditioning camp for the Colombo event. Asked whether the team was concerned over security following the suicide blast in Colombo yesterday which left four policemen dead and 12 others wounded, Ganguly said that the Board was looking into the issue.
