BJP will be give a cricketing touch to its poll campaign in haryana. Who better than India's 2011 World Cup hero, Yuvraj Singh? The allrounder may not be in favour with the national selectors, but his massive appeal has attracted BJP president Amit Shah, who is also a BCCI vice-president. Whether Yuvraj's appeal sweeps the opposition remains to be seen.
The party, which currently heads the national government has only four members in the 90-member Haryana assembly and will hope to use Yuvraj's massive reach across all strata of society in a bid to achieve better numbers in the elections this year.
