London : Left-arm swing bowler Pedro Collins took four wickets as the West Indies hit back against England in the second session on the second day of the opening cricket Test at Lord's. That came after Robert Key's 221 and captain Michael Vaughan's 103. England lost its last seven wickets for 41 runs to be bowled out for 568. Collins, wicket less in his first 20 overs, ended with four for 113. Medium pacer Dwayne Bravo had three for 74 on his debut. Chris Gayle and Devon Smith then combined for an 83 without loss for the West Indies off just 14 overs at the tea interval. Gayle had a half century off 44 balls as he went to the interval on 53 not out. The Jamaican hit seven fours. On a roll Fellow left-hander Smith hit four boundaries in an undefeated 23 off 34 deliveries. England cruised through Key and Vaughan earlier in the day with the pair stretching their third wicket stand to 165. Key, 167 overnight, moulded his maiden Test century into his highest first-class score before he fell 40 minutes before lunch. The Kent right-hander slapped a square cut to backward point to provide Bravo with his first test wicket. The 25-year-old Key struck 31 boundaries in a knock that spanned 288 balls and just over seven hours. (AP)
