Lahore:
Last month Shoaib was fined $5000 for walking out on a national camp.
All charges were dropped ostensibly after the board accepted his explanation.
But now its appears that actually Shoaib had claimed he had an offer for $2 million from the ICL and threatened he would move if the PCB took action against him.
Sources also claim that several other Pakistan cricketers like Shahid Afridi are also claiming hefty ICL offers to bargain with the board.
The PCB in an effort to keep its stars has already announced a cash bonus for those who have signed their central contracts.
