Indian Premier League Chairman and Commissioner Lalit Modi has, however, rejected Bangalore's offer to host the Rajasthan Royals' match on Saturday.
"I whole-heartedly condemn the reprehensible acts of terrorism which have claimed the lives of many innocent people," said Modi in a press statement after the blasts in Jaipur.
Despite the blasts, the IPL matches will not be moved out of Jaipur, he added.
"For the moment we feel there is no need to move the matches. We spoke to the BCCI President and we are going ahead with the itinerary as suggested by him," Modi said after speculations that Saturday's match in Jaipur between Rajasthan Royals and Bangalore Royal Challengers would be shifted.
Many foreign players have earlier refused to travel to areas hit by terror strikes.
"The next DLF Indian Premier League match scheduled in Jaipur is on Saturday, May 17 between Rajasthan Royals and Bangalore Royal Challengers and will be played as per schedule," Modi clarified.
He further added that security for future matches will be heightened and no bags would be allowed in the stadium.
