Muttiah Muralitharan was Man Of The Match in the Colombo Test with 11 wickets, but there is something bothering him. He doesn't want Sachin Tendulkar to get his world record for most Test runs, against Sri Lanka.

Tendulkar, of course, is 133 runs short of breaking Brian Lara's record. But personal glory aside, Sachin and Murali can look to keep the rivalry going for a few more years, since Murali told NDTV's Anjali Doshi that he does not plan to retire till 2011.

Excerpts from a chit-chat:

You got eleven wickets
I was lucky that everything went my way.

1100 wickets and you still say luck
That's the way it is...

You got Sachin in both innings. Do you plan to bowl around the wicket?
I have been doing that for the last two-three years. No plan as such. Sachin got an inside edge and then a top edge.

Is Sachin your favourite?
I have followed his career. He started in 1989. He is my favourite but I hope he gets the record against Australia and not against us (laughs).

I believe your son follows Sachin.
He is two-year-old and follows a bit of cricket and watches Sachin on TV.

How long do you plan to play?
I hope to play for a few more years till 2011 World Cup.
