London: Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has said he is not going to step down after the 2-8 humiliation defeat against Manchester United and vowed to fight on.
Asked whether he would consider his future, Wenger said: "No, because I feel this [defeat] was under very special circumstances. It is terribly painful, but you cannot compare pain. You have pain and that is it.
"But of course it hurts. It is humiliating, but you could see in the second half that we hadn't recovered physically from our games, especially Wednesday night (against Udinese)."
