Italy:
Domizzi converted penalties in the 62nd and 70th minutes for Napoli's first win in four matches and Juventus' second league defeat of the season.
Walter Gargano got Napoli's other goal in the 50th, four minutes after Alessandro Del Piero put Juventus ahead 1-0.
Also on Saturday, Alessandro Rosina scored to help Torino beat Cagliari 2-0 for only its second victory in the league.
Inter Milan leads the Serie A with 20 points, followed by Juventus with 17, Fiorentina with 16, AS Roma with 15 and Napoli with 14. Torino has 11 points, three more than Cagliari.
On Sunday, Inter can extend its lead at sixth-place Palermo, while Fiorentina travels to Genoa and Roma faces a stern test at AC Milan.
Also on Sunday, it's: Catania vs Sampdoria; Empoli vs Atalanta; Lazio vs Udinese; Parma vs Livorno; and Siena vs Reggina.
Napoli conceded four goals in a 4-4 draw with AS Roma last week but it was much tighter at the back against Juventus, with a strong performance by Paolo Cannavaro - brother of Italy and Real Madrid defender Fabio Cannavaro.
"We closed down the space well," Napoli coach Eddy Reja said. "Despite playing with three forwards they had little freedom."
Failed to trouble
Ezequiel Ivan Lavezzi and strike partner Marcelo Zalayeta, who signed from Juvents in the offseason, failed to trouble Bianconeri goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon in the first half.
Juventus looked to have taken the lead through David Trezeguet in the 38th but the striker's goal was disallowed for offsides.
Del Piero broke the deadlock from close range after Raffaele Palladino flicked Trezeguet's chip across the face of goal.
But Napoli hit back almost immediately through Gargano, who burst through three defenders before beating Buffon with a diagonal strike.
Gargano also scored against Roma last on Saturday.
Juventus almost took the lead again in the 53rd, when Trezeguet hit the post with a header and Del Piero blasted over with the follow up.
But the match swung back in Napoli's favor after Lavezzi won a penalty and Domizzi beat Buffon from the spot.
However, replays showed Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini had won the ball cleanly before Lavezzi fell.
Zalayeta earned the second penalty after being brought down by Buffon as he dribbled into Juve's area.
Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli was furious with the penalty decisions.
"The situation was clear and objective, even from the stands. It's totally unacceptable," Gigli said.
Napoli president Aurelio Laurentiis agreed and renewed calls for video assistance.
"Slow motion replays are needed on the pitch, at least for penalties," Laurentiis said.
Juventus was without midfielder Pavel Nedved and coach Claudio Ranieri, who were both suspended.
In Turin, Rosina stabbed the ball home in the 71st minute after teammate Roberto Stellone's pass ricocheted off Cagliari midfielder Andrea Parola.
Cagliari defender Michele Ferri scored the second goal, deflecting Torino midfielder Eugenio Corini's corner into his own net in the 86th.
It could have been a different scoreline but for the goalposts.
Torino midfielders Rosina and Tommaso Vailatti hit the woodwork in the first half and Cagliari midfielder Daniele Conti struck the upright six minutes after the break with a free kick.
