Kuala Lumpur: Asian Tour number one Noh Seung-Yul has qualified for his first Accenture Match Play Championship as one of the top 64 players in the world golf rankings.
The South Korean teenager, who became the youngest ever player to win the Asian Tour's order of merit in 2010, kept his 63rd position in the rankings despite missing the cut at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic by one shot.
The 19-year-old will join countrymen K.J. Choi (49th) and Y.E. Yang (44th), along with the 27th-ranked Kim Kyung-Tae in the $8.5 million event at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Arizona from February 21-27.
