Las Vegas: Arjun Atwal was unable to capitalise on a good birdie run in the middle of the round, as he dropped too many bogeys to return a card of one-over 72 and finish tied 68th at the Northern Trust Open on the PGA Tour.
Atwal had rounds of 71, 74, 72 and 72 as his driving was far from accurate. His missed too many fairways, but his putting kept him afloat.
The 29-year-old Australian Aaron Baddeley took the top spot as he finished with a 2-under 69 to hold off Vijay Singh and Fred Couples. It was Baddeley's first win in four years.
