Chengdu: Jeev Milkha Singh came up with three birdies in the last five holes to haul himself up to tied-10th place in the Volvo China Open Sunday. Jeev played four-under 68 to finish at 17-under at the Luxehills International Country Club.
India's other challenger over the weekend, Shiv Kapur (70), finished at eight-under 276 with five birdies and three bogeys to tie for 59th.
Belgian Nicolas Colsaerts cantered to his first European Tour win by four shots with a six-under 66 in the final round and 24-under 264 total. Four players, Pablo Martin, Soren Kjeldsen (66), Peter Lawrie (68) and Danny Lee (65) shared second place.
