New Delhi: The Panasonic Open India golf tournament will witness a historical first where an apartment would be bagged by the first player who aces the par-three 17th hole on the final day at the Delhi Golf Club.

Sponsored by Homestead, property developers, the luxury apartment is a club Monaco unit at the Michael Schumacher World Tower which is located in the heart of Gurgaon.

Manoj Shrivastava, COO Homestead Infrastructure Development Pvt Ltd said, "As all golf connoisseurs would know, in the entire history of professional golf, the prize amount for the 'hole in one' has never been greater than the prize money of the entire tournament."
