New Delhi: There is no stopping England players. After delivering the knockout punch to India in the second Test, some team members took their celebrations to social networking sites. The charge to express joy here, too, was led by Andrew Strauss.
The English skipper who said he was extremely pleased with the manner in which the Trent Bridge Test had turned around to favour his side, was on twitter minutes after the post-match ceremony. "Half the job done. A fantastic Test Match only let down by the jelly/peach incident on Friday lunchtime and my batting," he posted on the web-site, the last bit a clear hint that mistakes have already begun being looked into and that a respite for India is not expected from the opposite camp. Strauss scored 32 and 16 in his two innings at Trent Bridge.
Man-of-the-match Stuart Broad too, tweeted his excitement but mentioned that celebrations would have to give way to preparations again. "The team have worked hard for these two Test wins. Great effort from everyone. Gotta enjoy tonight, then focus on that 1st hour at Edgbaston."
