Delhi Daredevils trade Ross Taylor for Ashish Nehra with Pune Warriors India

Indian left-arm quick Nehra, was earlier with the Daredevils in 2009 and 2010 seasons. His best IPL performance was in 2009, when he took 19 wickets from 13 matches for DD. In in the inaugural IPL (2008), he was a part of Mumbai Indians' squad. The 2011 auction saw Nehra going off to Pune Warriors but an injury layoff meant a season on the bench. He then played for Pune in 2012.

According to an IPL media release, Delhi Daredevils have made a swap with the Pune Warriors India, exchanging Ross Taylor for Ashish Nehra, in the ongoing Player Trading Window.

The Daredevils had acquired the former New Zealand skipper from Rajasthan Royals just before the 2012 season of the league.

For Taylor, this will be his fourth franchise after Royal Challengers Bangalore (First three seasons), Rajasthan Royals (2011) and Delhi (2012).
