New Delhi: Crediting his bowlers for the comprehensive five-wicket win over Delhi Daredevils, Kings XI Punjab skipper Adam Gilchrist said his team has put itself in the right direction starting the four-match away journey with a victory.

"Now, we have got now three of the most fancied team in the competition in KKR, Mumbai and Chennai in a row. It's a nice way to start this trip. We have made a step in the right direction," Gilchrist said at the post-match press conference on Tuesday.

The former Australian wicketkeeper said his bowlers did a fine job by restricting the Daredevils to a modest 120 after choosing to bowl.
