Bangalore: Western Australia batsman Luke Pomersbach knows it will be difficult to get a chance to play for Royal Challengers Bangalore with so many good foreign players in their ranks but said he will "grab the chance with both hands" if he gets an opportunity in the fifth edition of the IPL.
"It is going to be tough (to get a chance with Chris Gayle, Tillakratne Dilshan, Daniel Vettori and Muttaiah Muralitharan competing to get into the playing team). I have to wait until the day before the game. If (coach Ray) Jennings asks me to pad up, I will grab it with both hands," he told reporters on Wednesday during net practice at Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Asked if he chose IPL to make a comeback in the Australian team, Pomersbach said he turned up for this IPL as he had two more years of contract left and he was fit and raring to go.
