Mohali: Royal Challengers Bangalore pacer Dirk Nannes feels that the high-profile Indian Premier League has been a good learning experience for players from across the countries, and the Twenty20 tournament has made a positive impact on world cricket.
"IPL is a good opportunity to talk to other players. As a bowler, I am talking to batsmen. I think IPL is a good learning experience. With people collaborating with each other at various levels, I feel it has improved world cricket over the last few years," Nannes told reporters at the PCA stadium on Thursday on the eve of his team's clash against Kings XI Punjab here on Friday.
Nannes, a veteran of 142 Twenty20s, is yet to get a game in IPL season five, but that doesn't demoralise him.
