Tillakaratne Dilshan replaces injured Guptill in Caribbean Premier League

A broken bone rendered Martin Guptill out of the tournament but Amazon Warriors will now have the services of Tillakaratne Dilshan who joins the side at the business end of CPL.

St. John's, Antigua: Former Sri Lanka captain Tillakaratne Dilshan has become the latest Sri Lanka player to link up with the inaugural Caribbean Premier T20 League (CPL) which climaxes in Trinidad this weekend.

Dilshan, who has played for the Delhi Daredevils and the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League, is set to take over from the injured Martin Guptill for the Guyana Amazon Warriors.

Guptill broke a bone in his right hand against the Antigua Hawksbills on Saturday night.
