Good ticket sales for Chennai Open
World number 2 Rafael Nadal will lead the 32-player field for the 2008 Chennai Open ATP tennis tournament.

The event is scheduled to be held at the Nungambakkam Stadium from December 31 to January 6, 2008.
Four of the world top 20 players Marcos Baghdatis, Carlos Moya and Mikhail Youzhny will feature in the tournament.
No wonder ticket sales have been booming and have already crossed the seven-figure mark for this week-long tournament.
"Never in history we have sold tickets like this. This year we have sold maximum. I think we should be houseful from the 31st to 6th," said Arun, Tournament Organiser.
It's not just the tennis stars. The swank STAD tennis stadium is also an attraction with all its world-class facilities.
